RHONDA HARTMANN (formerly Rhonda Hartmann Weinstein), has been practicing law as a civil litigator in the field of personal injury and wrongful death since the beginning of her 24 year career as an attorney. After spending six years with a large personal injury law firm serving the New York City and Long Island areas, she founded her own firm in Garden City, New York.
Subsequently Ms. Hartmann relocated to Florida where she became counsel on complex products liability lawsuits against the tobacco industry, on behalf of non-smoking flight attendants who suffered chronic illnesses or death as a result of prolonged exposure to secondhand smoke in airline cabins. Ms. Hartmann and her co-counsel made national and international news by obtaining the only verdict ever against the tobacco industry for a non-smoker who suffered illness due to the toxic effects of their product.
In 2007 she became a founding partner of Weinstein & Weinstein, P.A., handling a wide range of personal injury cases, until the formation of Rhonda Hartmann, P.A.
